get involved and in touch with actually happenings, actually learn about the people who are doing the actual work, they used to but not anymore
Vista doesn't see their employees as people, instead they treat them as just disposable fodder for their goals. it would be pointless to tell what they need to do better at as they wouldn't care

well this site even lets me know that I am being vastly underpaid vs others in my role

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have a terrible manager who cares not for people's mental health or health in general. I doubt It can be improved I can't wait to leave
