From January 1996 to October 1996, Mr. Hnanicek served as Chief Information Officer for Homeplace Inc. From 1990 to 1995, he served as Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Logistics at OfficeMax Inc. He served as a Director of Crossport Systems. He served as a Director of Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement. He is a long-time Retail Executive. Mr. Hnanicek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Accounting from Cleveland State University.
