When my husband passed away the executive team paid me for extra time off from a fund they pay into. The company really cares about their workers
Leadership without a superiority complex. Encouraged to climb the ladder as well.
Manager is great all the time.

I think that the decisions corporate is making regarding sparks is ridiculous. Working here was far more enjoyable when I was actually a "health enthusiast" not a salesman.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
affordable healthcare and vision package
The monthly bonus is very good and is given to the whole team
Healthcare is solid. Payments are always timely.
I feel all is pretty fair. No complaints
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid more for training someone above me
Salary is non-competitive. Salary does not increase with experience or promotions by more than a dollar at best, a quarter at worst.
Getting treated fairly. Cannot happen when the dm has favored others!

Now that I think of it, it was very bare-bones. I feel I was lied to. It's been 8 months and still no overtime
It was almost too easy.
It is very very quick.
They took my previous experience into account even though it was not related to vitamins.

Who knows if it can improve. Morale is down and nobody can believe what is going on!
Close all your vitamin locations. My assistant manager got tested positive for corona virus. I would to get payed
