Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had and anxiety attack at one of my shifts during the training. The manager mocked me a week later and while I was hiperventilating i was told not to show weakness and that i couldnt work there if i continued with the panic attacks
What are some of the best things about your team?
Noelia (Asistent manager) was very sweet and welcoming. The other co workers where very nice as well.
My team is open and honest about store goals and how the store is doing. Especially on how we can improve

My co workers were very nice
Most positive about the environment is that it is somewhere that is not difficult to understand if you enjoy constant communication, like I do
