Makes every effort to understand the scientific side of the company and the creation of products while aiming to understand the work that goes on at all levels.

I don't feel undervalued, I just feel that my salary is lower than it should be for my credintials
A fair competitive pay rate. Insurance cost are way to expensive. Stop forcing people to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Better communication and people to do their jobs instead of having excuses all the time

Ability to teach each other and the communication between groups.

Different people running the place or make the ones that are already here do there jobs
more interaction between management and employees.
more team-family work environment. Possibly meeting before shift to discuss what it going well and what is not, employee concerns.

Been over 13 years so it is not the same as of now.

When it's time to leave
My coworkers are what keeps me going. And a couple of newer supervisors that are trying to put in positivity where upper management is taking away.
Lots of projects to work on that have been taking off.
