I think CS is asked to manage a lot and also sell a lot. I think the percentage on contract renewals and any cross-sell/up-sells should be higher. The CS team manages the entire customer relationship, but the sales and IDN teams benefit the most from it.

Implementing minimum yearly cost of living increases would help, as would making sure that raises are spread out fairly (rather than too focused on certain departments).

Unable to sell products that perform poorly so difficult to make commissions. The sales team is now going back to spending time and focus efforts on prospecting since growth is only focusing on IDNs, poor business model for growing new logos.

I consistently outperform my peers, I was assured of advancement previously and was given a window of time during which it would happen, but it didn't happen even though I continued to perform better and better. I was counting on that promotion for financial reasons and stayed because it was coming.

I think the salaries are not competitive and there are no bonuses at all. Not only that - the last raise in salaries was of 2-3%, less than the 7% acceptable in the local tech industry.

For the amount of work and time invested in the company I am not properly compensated. Our medical benefits are also extremely expensive on a monthly basis, and the medical bills still pile up.

The policies of the company are very strict and wouldn't allow off-cycle salary raises, bonuses, or any compensation (days off, 10bis etc.). It creates a situation when an employee can work for 11 months in Viz and gets his first raise only after 23 months.
