Our benefits are extremely expensive and raises are hard to come by.

I think CS is asked to manage a lot and also sell a lot. I think the percentage on contract renewals and any cross-sell/up-sells should be higher. The CS team manages the entire customer relationship, but the sales and IDN teams benefit the most from it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe we do work well together remotely. I think maybe having more interactive meetings instead of just everyone with their cameras off will help peopole focus on the topic of discussion.

Bottom up, employee-driven decision making. Re-flatten the company. Directors create more waste than value.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of freedom in my own work. Managers micro managing everything. More red-taping than I've ever experienced in any company. Waste like this is boring and discouraging.
