Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Most teams are understaffed and employees are overworked. Management is stingy with PTO (only 10 vacation days) and holidays (only 6 paid holidays for the entire year). Not a remote/WFH friendly workplace although it looks like they are moving to a hybrid model for the time being.
