I enjoy the work I do, and people are grateful for it. I think we could use some more people in my department, however.

I'm enjoying my role at Vlocity. We're growing incredibly fast, and it's important for us to stay focused on our culture as we scale. I think the leadership team understands that, and they're working hard on communication and transparency, which are so appreciated.

I get to work on interesting projects.

More uniform bonus payments would be nice to see as we scale.

Mature and focused leadership team who know who they are and where we're headed.

I'm tackling some things that the company just hasn't had the opportunity to work on yet.

It's a collaborative environment, with a focus on our customers' and their success with our products.

It's fast-moving and populated with people who know what they're doing. I'm proud to say I work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a smaller team within Vlocity, but I like the fact that everyone pulls their own weight, and then also is always looking to see where else they can help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although we're still in the earlier years as a company, I think my compensation is fair in terms of what others make at similar stage organizations/other offers I was considering.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although they have been with larger companies in their careers, the Vlocity leaders are super transparent with us about the decisions they're making, how our company is doing, and where they need our help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate the fact that there are interesting projects to work on - some fixing things that need fixing, and then some that are working on the future of where the company is going. It's a good mix, and we seem to work on the right things at the right time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was very communicative throughout the process. I never went more than a day or so after each interview to hear how it went. The recruiter was transparent with me about where the company was in their search. While I wasn't the only candidate, I'm glad I got the job :)
