Scott Bajtos — Chief Customer Officer at VMware

Mr. Scott Bajtos has been Chief Customer Officer at VMware, Inc since April 21, 2016. Mr. Bajtos served as Senior Vice President of Global Services and Customer Advocacy and Customer Advocacy at VMware until January 20th 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Support Services. He worked for Business Objects, and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Satisfaction Officer, as well as several other executive- and management-level positions. He served as Vice President of Customer Careat Marimba, Inc. He also served as Vice President of the Office of Customer Advocacy at Cadence Design Systems, where he created the company's global customer advocacy program aimed at strengthening customer loyalty while maximizing revenue and satisfaction.
