Understanding the transactional business. Too many Executives & Managers doing the same thing and not actually caring about quality.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Volt has failed to provide competitive benefits (company paid percentages). No raises in multiple years. An ongoing effort to push out existing employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A sales only focus. Back office functions are left to a failed leadership. Quality managers are left to barely function. Root issues are not resolved, just blamed on systems versus process and structure.
