Nancy Avedissian — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Volt Information Sciences, Inc.

Ms. Nancy T. Avedissian has been the General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. since October 25, 2016. Prior to joining Volt, Ms. Avedissian served as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where she served as the chief legal advisor to a leading contract research organization. Ms. Avedissian led an international legal team and focused on corporate law & governance, commercial transactions, corporate & regulatory compliance, policymaking and providing counsel to Worldwide Clinical's senior management team and Board of Directors. Prior to Worldwide Clinical Trials, Ms. Avedissian practiced for ten years as a corporate transactional attorney at the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where she primarily concentrated in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, advising its private and public company clients across multiple industries. She was Executive Editor of the Loyola Law Review at Loyola Law School. She is a member of the California bar and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Ms. Avedissian received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
