Paul Tomkins — Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Volt Information Sciences, Inc.

Mr. Paul R. Tomkins has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Volt Information Sciences, Inc., since March 25, 2015. Mr. Tomkins served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. and its parent company RDA Holding Co. since joining on May 23, 2011 until July 30, 2014. He oversaw all aspects of finance and accounting and played an integral role in managing a number of important non-core business divestitures. He spent 27 years at&T. A seasoned financial expert, Mr. Tomkins joined RDA from AT&T, most recently served as Vice President and Controller for AT&T Business Solutions. Since 1997, he was responsible for managing the unit's financial and reporting processes, as well as internal controls and change management processes both for AT&T Corp. Mr. Tomkins was also a member of the AT&T Business Sarbanes/Oxley Steering Committee. He was the head of Accounting Policy and External Reporting at&T. He served as the International Chief Financial Officer and Controller for AT&T Global Business Communication Systems (currently Avaya), where he led the deployment of financial systems and processes to support growth outside the United States. He has over 20 years of finance expertise. Mr. Tomkins began his career in Public Accounting at Wiss and Company, where he was a senior accountant before leaving to become a Division Controller at Plant Industries, Inc. He is a Member of the American Institute of CPAs and the NJ Society of CPAs and is a Member of the Seton Hall University Leadership Development Council. Mr. Tomkins is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his MBA with an emphasis in International Finance from Seton Hall University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rider College.From August 2014 to March 2015, Mr. Tomkins had a break in service. From May 23, 2011 to July 30, 2014, Mr. Tomkins served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Reader's Digest Association, Inc., where he oversaw all aspects of finance and accounting and played an integral role in managing a number of important non-core business divestitures. Prior to his role at Reader's Digest, Mr. Tomkins spent 27 years at&T, where he most recently served as the Vice President and Controller of AT&T Business Solutions and previously held a number of other financial management positions. Mr. Tomkins is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the NJ Society of CPAs. He earned his MBA with an emphasis in International Finance from Seton Hall University.
