Anthony Nicolosi — President of Financial Services for The Americas at Volvo Car Corporation

Mr. Anthony Nicolosi, also known as Tony, has been President of Financial Services for The Americas at Volvo Car Corporation since January 2015. Mr. Nicolosi served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Volvo Cars of North America, LLC since October 2013 until January 2015. He serves as Senior Vice President of Volvo Financial Services LLC, a publicly held company headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is a Member of the Executive Management Team of Volvo Cars of North America, LLC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of North America Unit at Volvo Car Corporation until January 21, 2015. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Volvo Finance North America Inc., a subsidiary of Ford Motor Credit Corporation since 2001. He joined Volvo Finance North America Inc. in October of 1998 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Volvo Finance North America Inc., Mr. Nicolosi has, since 1987 held various positions with Volvo Cars of North America, including General Manager of the New Jersey Market area from 1997 to October 1998. Prior to Volvo Cars of North America, he worked for the Public Accounting Firm N.L. Fish & Company of Englewood Cliffs, NJ. He serves on the Board of Directors of Volvo Finance North America, Inc., and The Midland Foundation Board of Trustees. He served as a Director of Nexxus Lighting Inc. from August 1, 2003 to September 2009. Mr. Nicolosi served as Director of Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (formerly, Super Vision International Inc.) from August 1, 2003 to August 2009. He serves as the Chairman of the Volvo Pension Plan and Vest Plan Committees. He is a Certified 6-Sigma Green Belt and Project Champion. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Nicolosi graduated from West Chester State College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
