Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises for favorites but not for hard workers. There are people with 10years in digital and they make $110K while new arse kissing managers who do no work make over 200K.
There are cliques that management tend to favor instead of being fair to everyone

Management should meet with employees regularly to keep the morale high among the employees. Managers feel neglected by GM and their absence
