Your just a number to them, get production out as quick as you can, work overtime on weekends, hardly see your Family. When I first started working there, they told me in my interview, we are a Family oriented company, I've been working there for seven years, there is no morale.
I cover up to 20 jobs for .12 an hour. We used to get .45. We have facilitores that make $2 more an hour with little to not help
A cost of living wage in line with the economy would be appreciated & not just bonuses for upper level management!

Team wise alot of people Willing to help if they are on your team. But if they are in other departments ( which there are many) there can be competitiveness when it is not necessary.
