When I first started working there it was great, morale was high every body was doing there job,everyone was happy. Then they started taking things from us, and every year they take and expect you to do more work, just hanging on till I can retire!!!!!!

We work hard, get our job done right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Your just a number to them, get production out as quick as you can, work overtime on weekends, hardly see your Family. When I first started working there, they told me in my interview, we are a Family oriented company, I've been working there for seven years, there is no morale.
