Inflation has risen over 60% in the 20+ years that I have work for Volvo & yet our wages have only risen 11% in that time period. We are treated as just an expendable number and treated as if we were stupid for simply trying to save the company money before they once again waste it doing things ! $?

Better upper level management that actually appreciates the work their employees do to make the company run smoothly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A cost of living wage in line with the economy would be appreciated & not just bonuses for upper level management!
