Have some common senseAdd some common sense
Listen and connect with people directly, not thru VPs, SVPs who are getting more and more disconnected from people in the past 5 years
Listen to their employees !
At sharing the wealth of record sales with the employees

I am fully invested in growing the business. Unfortunately I do not feel I am valued and others take credit for my ideas
I would like something where i could save something at the end of the month
Your just a number to them, get production out as quick as you can, work overtime on weekends, hardly see your Family. When I first started working there, they told me in my interview, we are a Family oriented company, I've been working there for seven years, there is no morale.
I cover up to 20 jobs for .12 an hour. We used to get .45. We have facilitores that make $2 more an hour with little to not help
A cost of living wage in line with the economy would be appreciated & not just bonuses for upper level management!
Feeling more postive about doing their job
Company getting off of some off their money and honoring the contract they sign and quit using scab workers doing our jobs
Make the jobs and process available to all employees and not just the chosen ones!
Recent toxic Senior Management culture to cut corners with less resources to pretend to accelerate product development. This will lead sooner or later to quality and Customer safety issues, as well as degradation of employees engagement
Better choice in leadership. Evening out the work loads
Better upper level management that actually appreciates the work their employees do to make the company run smoothly.
management does not care about the quality of the product only the quanity
