Mark Hudspeth — Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at Vornado Realty Trust

Mr. Mark A. Hudspeth serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at Vornado Realty Trust. Mr. Hudspeth joined Vornado in 2015 from Morgan Stanley, where he was a Managing Director and served as Head of Investment Finance, was responsible for all financings, hedging, insurance and investment level tax matters for the Merchant Banking & Real Estate Investing Division. Mr. Hudspeth was previously Head of Capital Markets for the U.S. Real Estate Investing Division and served on numerous investment committees. Before this in his career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hudspeth was a Portfolio Manager for a real estate mezzanine fund and served as the Operations Officer for the Americas of the Real Estate Division. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hudspeth was a Consultant with KPMG in the Real Estate and Hospitality Practice. Mr. Hudspeth is a Member of the Urban Land Institute, the CRE Finance Council and serves on the Investment Committee at The Brownstone School. Mr. Hudspeth graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
