What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hourly employees are not being compensated for overtime worked. Management repeatedly denies employees pre-requests for OT after realizing it will be necessary. Management advises employees to flex off the OT hours, despite no ability to do this. The employees are losing money earned through work.
