Bonus given to high performance sales teams. There even is a chance to gain some equity depending on the revenue results
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is great and fair but need more Benifits

No one dictates its a team enivronment

No one thinks their better than anyone, everyone works collectively and with smiles.
Everyone works collectively and results are not burdened on one person
Its a really independent work environment and we all work to help each other grow. Very nice environment, friendly.
