Transparent and accessible, believe in empowering others.
The feedback i recieve allows me the opportunity to make corrections and grow! This is hard to find IMHO

New VP of Engineering is less than impressive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays 90% or more on benefits and has a strong wellness package.
The Equity in the company makes me feel im part of something bigger than myself. I have a stack in a company that believes in me and in return im more humble and excited to be part of.

Have passion for what you do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Creative Friday is hard to beat!! I look forward to this day every month because it means an extended weekend!!!
