Neither good nor bad. There have been a lot of structural changes which can be difficult to navigate. There's a lack of leadership. I like my job because of my customers, I could take or leave VWR

Positive VP's, always willing to go the extra mile.

Compared to my colleagues my initial compensation package was lower.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are great. I just wish there was better management.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers are why I do my job. Helping them find good solutions is my #1 priority and they are what make my job worth doing.
