How employees describe working at VWR International
provides quick delivery and service
Great company to work for!
Neither good nor bad. There have been a lot of structural changes which can be difficult to navigate. There's a lack of leadership. I like my job because of my customers, I could take or leave VWR
I have just started at this time. But so far, it has been a great experience

Supporting life sciences.
What's the company culture like at VWR International?
Top Employee Response
I was in the VWRCATALYST group. The people are nice and pleasant for the most part. There is a culture of "eh, good enough..." is the norm which can and will result in problems for downstream and/or the next person. Which likely stems from the tendency to wait until the last minute and then scramble to get something done. The commitment to technology and innovation isn't great and there is a culture of just keep doing what you're doing. Your overall experience will largely depend on your manager. I had a great one and then a horrible one.
