The benefits have continued to get better
they are always there to help new employess!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Turning into a bank. Only cares about numbers. Micromanaging at every level. EVERYTHING YOU DO IS WATCHED AND RECORDED
What is the best part about your compensation package?
that we recently got a raise to $15.00 an hour!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work load is overwhelming. Employees cry a lot
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together and believe in each other
We make sure we are all mentally alright. We do things for each other to show our appreciation to each other
we all work together to get the job done!!!!!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They love to bring in a great community effort
It's a "can do" culture and we care about doing good for our Members
You can show tattoos with out having to cover them
everyone is there to help each other and care!!!

Internet home banking went down and the public learned a lot of shady dealings
