Benefits keep going down. Pay increases are not going up at the same rate that benefits are being removed.

Could compete comfortable wage with other companies, such as Peter belt or Lockheed Martin.

Management thinks they are the only personal to be compensated at a high rate.At this time in 2022 wages should be higher.you get raise of maybe $.35 cents a hour.
