Benefits keep going down. Pay increases are not going up at the same rate that benefits are being removed.
Could compete comfortable wage with other companies, such as Peter belt or Lockheed Martin.
benefits are good but they can do more.
Management thinks they are the only personal to be compensated at a high rate.At this time in 2022 wages should be higher.you get raise of maybe $.35 cents a hour.

The work force in general is miserable due to lack of respect from corporate.

fire the BLM guys and
Management and a higher pay scale
Not hiring people who have race superior issues. Hiring somebody who works well with everyone and truly is genuine. Not someone who misuse their power over the employees.
