All the benefits, sick pay, time off, personal days
It's the best career to have and has all the benefits of health, insurance, automobile usage, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am worth more than I am paid
Employees are paid far below market value. Executives as stingy and rude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works well together and gets along fantastically
We all work well together and have a tremendous input that we all follow
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are all pretty decent
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a pleasant place to work and my coworkers are all helpful in every way possible to get the job done right
It's a great law firm with very smart lawyers that all work together as a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The hours we work and get paid more for overtime
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked about my prior experience and have letters of recommendation to back every job up and my employer was pleased and I was hired
They laid out my duties and it was what I wanted to be doing
