Stock option and company ownership is great. 401k match is better than most.

The company contributes 7% to employee 401(k)s annually. Additionally, the company gave all employees a 5% salary increase as a result of the Tax Reform Act on 1/1/2018.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
