dishonest people who mistreat you, cut compensation and berate you the harder you try--
Not being so discounted from their employees. Pay a living wage.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k far surpasses the industry match
Retirement options are really fantastic
Every employee receives stock options.

Stock option and company ownership is great. 401k match is better than most.
The company contributes 7% to employee 401(k)s annually. Additionally, the company gave all employees a 5% salary increase as a result of the Tax Reform Act on 1/1/2018.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect too much marketing and work for little pay
