What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to set up a better way for walkers to communicate problems QUICKLY.
They need to treat their employees better. Offer more support and training. Also hire more employees and not expect one person to do the job of 5
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex Time Off and great health insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They take a 40% commission on walks and assume very little risk. I think a 20% commission would be more fair.
For the amount of work I do I should be paid much more. Also being on call 24hours a day isn’t fun.

I don't have coworkers when I walk dogs.
More communication between us would help. Better moral and support

Low pay, high stress, long hours, no support from management
