There support and appreciation to employees
Present, reachable and visible. There are regular communications from the leadership team to all employees.
They care about their people.

Leadership needs to be changed out to industry experts. No hope for them.

Wages are fair, annual performance reviews, and increases.

Everyone shares common goals and works toward them. Continuous improvement is an on-going and supported journey.

Return to the office. Consolidate into central locations instead of spread out through the country.
