we have health insurance, it is expensive but at least we have it

some of them are nice people, have been there for years and know their stuff

I actually think that upper management is taking the hospital i a wrong direction that we mighyt not be able to survive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We used to be able to send our kids to WFU for almost free, now we have to pay a big part. Our insurance goes up, deductibles go up every year and we are not appreciated
