The leaders are approachable and engaged.

The leaders are visible! You see them in the hallways; they visit the different units and talk to nursing staff. They serve ice cream and treats during celebrations,staff appreciation days or meals during weather emergencies and high acuity times. They hold forums to learn from staff and inform us.

Responsiveness and professionalism among leaders.

Meeting and talking with diffrent members from upper management to the bedside. You get a real sense of what a company is about when you tour and talk with frontline staff.
