My work team doesn’t need to get better at nothing they are nice

i have flexable hours and good rating and loved from my colleages
I can ask for more paid time if I felt I need to
Having my breaks when needed
Paid a large salary great benefits 401k etc. Paid vacation
They give me everything I need plus more

Safety is the key the main thing

it buys well so i can cover my rent and home supplies and send my kids to school
I am paid fairly which makes me feel I am taking my rights
