I have worked for Walser for 10 years and have NEVER had a pay raise, a cost of living raise or anything. They have raise the shop rate over and over, $20/hour at a time and have never passed any of it on to employees.
Dogs get healthcare which is cool
It's a mundane job. The co-workers are great, dealing with some customers understanding of what we actually do is the hard part. Most people believe we aren't being truthful or believe we don't know what we're doing.... even though we work here.
