Amazing! I had to leave years ago due to a family emergency but here I am, back again and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Per my previous answer, I love this company, the people, and the work I do. Most people aren't lucky enough to get all 3.

Early Fridays. Every other week half the office leaves at 3:00. Doesn't sound like a big perk but it is.

Only layoffs that ever happened were during the "dotcom" bust of 2001. They were handled professionally.
