What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open-door policy makes is appreciated. I'm able to share my thought and plan processes and gain valuable feedback and guidance.
The nice thing about an agency setting is that I have access to many different resources and people with different backgrounds. The leadership team here is awesome because they all have their own styles and I'm constantly learning and taking skills that resonate most with me.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It doesn't feel competition with my colleagues. Everyone is motivating and pushes each other to succeed.
Like the management team, everyone here is so knowledgeable! We don't all come from the same industry so our brainstorm sessions are always fun. We all have our own quirks and when it's all brought together, it's always collaborative and a great time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're like a family here- everyone is so supportive of each other. It's a fun, safe and positive environment.
We work hard, but have a lot of fun together. We have quite a few company outings, volunteer as a company, etc

The interview process felt welcoming and was conversational and informative.
I love that I was interviewed directly by the CEO. It makes the experience more personable. At my previous experiences I didn't even meet the CEO until weeks after I got hired on.
