we don't have much opportunity to communicate since we are on the phones most of the day

The atmosphere is negative; provide incentives and hold group meeting to share information & ideas. Too much old irrelevant information is stored within the help files making it difficult to decipher. Streamline the help files t make it more comprehensive.
