    A little less "because I said so". A little more " let's work on this ".
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Better management. Better training for new drivers. Understanding that we are people not robots. Not working six days a week. Or If working Five days, to have two consecutive days off.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Not enough local contact with customers. They have to go through a broker or a corporate account. They cannot call their local office for faster service. They always complain about delays in service. As a driver it makes me feel lousy to tell a customer that I only go where they send me.
