Prior to joining Eagle Rock, Mr. Boettcher served as a Partner in the law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP since March 2006, primary outside counsel to Eagle Rock. He was employed at NGP Energy Capital Management. During his eight years at Thompson & Knight, he practiced law in the Corporate and Securities department and focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas industry and securities compliance and disclosure for public companies. Mr. Boettcher received a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law.
