Ms. Leslie K. Nagy has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Waste Management, Inc. since November 13, 2017. Ms. Nagy served as Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of Parker Drilling Company Inc. (Also known as Parker Drilling Co.) from April 01, 2014 to November 3, 2017. She served as Director of Finance of Parker Drilling Company Inc. from December 2012 to March 2014 and served as its Assistant Controller from May 2011 to March 2014. She served as Manager of External Reporting and General Accounting of the Parker Drilling Company Inc. from August 2010 to May 2011. Prior to joining the Parker Drilling Company Inc. in August 2010, she was employed by Ernst & Young LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm, from 1997 to August 2010. Ms. Nagy holds a Master's of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Ms. Nagy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
