Pitches in. Understanding. Give credit to employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Constructive criticism, professional communication, motivation and overall leading skills, fair treatment of subordinates.
Need indutry qualied leadership. Need to not use knee jerk response to existing growning problems. Change can be good if done resposibly, not just for its sake.
They need to get better at respecting employees. The supervisor has the people skills of a rattlesnake.

Finding a fair and productive work flow to meet production quota and set up for the following day to consistently continue to meet production needs
Most are willing to help each others as needed
