Does not pay according to your qualifications and education and experience.
I would appreciate having more benefits such as healthcare, sick leave, vacation, etc

They are open to suggestions from the drivers

Focus and treat your work seriously. It is a dangerous job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am an independent contractor so once I load up in the morning, I don’t need to come back
