Mr. Kenneth R. Lepage has been an Executive Vice President of Watts Water Technologies, Inc. since August 2008 and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since August 2008. Mr. Lepage serves as a Secretary of Dormont Manufacturing Company. He served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Watts Water Technologies, Inc., from December 2009 to October 19, 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President of Administration at Watts Water Technologies, Inc., since December 2009. Mr. Lepage was a Junior Partner in the Boston Office at Hale and Dorr LLP. His practice concentrates primarily on corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, venture capital transactions and ongoing representation of publicly and privately held corporations. He served as an Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Watts Water Technologies, Inc., from September 2003. Mr. Lepage represents clients in a broad range of industries, including biotechnology, e-commerce, medical device and retail. He has advised both publicly traded and privately held purchasers and sellers in various corporate transactions, including mergers, asset acquisitions and stock acquisitions. Mr. Lepage has represented issuers and underwriters in a number of initial and follow-on public offerings of equity and debt securities and has represented both issuers and venture capital investors in connection with private placements of securities. At Boston College, he served as an Editor of the Boston College Law Review and authored a note entitled ???Lead-Based Paint Litigation and the Problem of Causation: Toward a Unified Theory of Market Share Liability??? which was published in the Boston College Law Review.
