What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great all around people, who are very helpful
They do not put employees first
Well i was apart of it. But i would have to say is its more then just management it was just like having a whole different family we all took care of each other

They need to understand what it is like to do the work we do.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my job at Waupaca Foundry marinette, WI
The hourly rate , the bonus structure was changed theough out the years that hourly employees basically lost intrust
That they match up to 6% on 401k
Bonuses, salary, insurance, and PTO
Nothing rates insensitive should be better or just pay high flat rate. Working at Waupaca I make the least I've ever made per hour.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, better health insurance
We are over worked and under paid. And recently hours have been cut back alot

We work together great. It's nice to have people that understand what I'm going through

The employees and the friendship i made
This company goes out of its way for its people and community. Donations, lunches, employee meetings and engagement. Much better than my old company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All kinds of stuff needs to change but if leadership don't and won't inforce stuff there's not going to be any kind of change, leadership only acts the part when it's convenient for them
