What is the best part about your compensation package?
"Unlimited" PTO. Unlimited in quotes because I get called every time I take a day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Teams are unclear globally. Women and religious minorities are not accounted for. (Jewish/Muslim holidays, no pumping space for a bf woman)
