Flat team structure and the partners are very accessible. Everyone's contributions are recognized and appreciated.

Camaraderie within the group for sure. And, the strong belief that hard work and effort will pay off in terms of promotions and compensation.

Challenging and though provoking questions were asked. And, you could tell the interviewers wanted to make sure it was a fit for both parties (me and the firm).
