The value participation plan and incentive plan.
Very flexible vacation plan, 401k, health and dental
Competitive and motivating - pay for performance
The residual income is great because I get rewarded year over year for the hard work I put in
It is fair and equitable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't feel undervalued, I currently do not use my company's benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have one of the brightest teams in the industry hands down.
An experienced team that works hard and wants to grow.
Understand the products and solutions, work together very well
Take their job seriously, but not afraid to laugh at themselves.
They are very much into their jobs, seem genuinely excited to get to work and make a difference.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers are great and have a solid focus
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do team activities every month. This month is Chili Cook-Off. Each week someone brings in their homemade Chili for the office.
small company and no drama, very effective team
Culture is solid and it seems we are on the brink of great things. Everyone is rooting for everyone and working together.
People care about people - Employees, Employee Families, Customers, Partners, Prospects, Industry Friends, ... We are all one human race and we embrace this here and it shows - High Empathy
people come to work looking forward to helping our customers and we all get along very well

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had multiple interviews with the last one being out of the office over a dinner and drinks.
honestly, asked all the right questions.
Got to meet the people and see the culture before jumping in. Upfront honesty about the job, role, and responsibilities.
Attention to detail, thorough background check and open interview process, like no other I have ever experienced.

I get excited to get to work every day, enjoy the camaraderie and the team culture.
Speaking to New Prospective Customers once they see what Webbula's products/services deliver once we apply our data intelligence to their data. Mind Blown.
